I had a fantastic stay in a beautiful location. This hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to a good restaurant. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were very nice. The host was friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast time.

I stayed at a charming and secure place with a friendly and helpful owner. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and comfy. The location was perfect for exploring Parma, Modena, Ferrara, Sassuolo, Reggio Emilia. I highly recommend visiting the nearby Castello di Felino and the Collezione Maramotti in Reggio Emilia for contemporary art.

Stayed at a heavenly place with a pool & garden, free WiFi, and a bar. Explored the Sanctuary of Santa Maria della Steccata nearby and enjoyed cycling.

Who needs a wardrobe in a bedroom anyway? Wall hooks are more than enough!

The rooms were surprisingly spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast offered a delicious spread and the coffee was top-notch. The host went above and beyond, allowing me to store food and even mailing back my forgotten shoes. The location was perfect for exploring nearby Parma and the surrounding nature parks. The pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for cooling down and relaxing.

It would have been nice to have a fan in the room, especially during the hot nights. On Saturday, the barking dogs from neighboring properties made it difficult to sleep.

Super nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. The room had everything I needed, and the pool, patio, and garden were like my very own paradise. The breakfast was simple but decent. The host was actually quite pleasant.

Well, the bed was just a tad too small. But who needs sleep, am I right?

The decoration at the hotel was so charming and elegant. The vintage furniture and beautiful artwork made me feel like I was staying in a cozy country cottage. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, with comfortable seating areas where I could relax and read a book. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was very accessible. There were no stairs to climb, and the hallways were wide enough for me to use my walking aid. It made getting around much easier and more comfortable.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could provide some assistance with carrying luggage. As a senior, it can be difficult for me to maneuver heavy suitcases, and having a helping hand would have made my stay even more enjoyable.

Clean and spacious rooms - filled with natural light. Great location near an excellent Italian restaurant. The host - Andrea - was friendly and provided helpful local recommendations. Standout service was the breakfast - with fresh ingredients and the option for eggs and pancakes.

The furniture was also well-designed, providing ample seating and support for individuals with mobility issues. It was easy to move around the hotel, thanks to the wide hallways and well-placed handrails, ensuring a safe and accessible stay for seniors like me.

It would have been nice if there was an elevator available in the hotel. Climbing the stairs can be challenging for older individuals, especially those with limited mobility.
